The Cobblestone Public House, located in the heart of downtown Paris opened its doors to the public on April 6th 2008 and has strived from day one to provide an unforgettable pub experience every time you walk through the doors. We take great pride in the food we serve and the service we provide, and we sincerely hope it shows. We deal with fresh food and quality ingredients and have an unmatched passion for food, fun and of course one of our 16 draught beers from around the world!
After the pub was opened, it quickly became exactly what the two owners had envisioned; a comfortable, fun place to be, whether it be for beer and wings, steak and wine, a beer while watching the game or a late night snack they have it covered with the same quality of food and service at one o’clock in the morning as there is at one o’clock in the afternoon.
The Cobblestone uses three simple ideas and works tirelessly to maintain them.  Great Food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. The Downtown Paris Restaurant has become such a popular place to eat, that they have had no choice but to extend the restaurant. Starting in March construction will begin to add up to thirty seats to the back of the dining room. 
The easiest way to describe the Cobblestone experience is “something for everyone”. They have Breakfast on weekends, and a lunch menu for weekdays with some smaller versions of Cobblestone favorites. The regular menu which is available from 11am until close 7 days a week is being revamped to meet the demand as well. Many new appetizers including calamari, and homemade potato skins are being added to their already extensive menu with includes everything from steaks to wings, to perogies and much, much more. The most popular items on the menu are the halibut and chips, as well as the signature item created by the Kitchen manager of The Cobblestone, the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla.
The Bar menu consists of 16 Draught beers, many different types of red and white wines, and a list of cocktails that could go on forever.
The Cobblestone Public House is always suitable for any occasion.  Whether it is for a romantic dinner with a view of the grand, pints and appetizers with friends, a casual dinner with family or a large company get-together the Cobblestone has it covered.
